Lauren & Kevin | Greenville Wedding Photographers

I always love getting to meet my brides & grooms for the first time!! Sometimes I meet them before the engagement session, but more often than not I meet them at their engagement session… so that right there should tell you why I adore my engagement sessions so much (it means I finally get to meet in person and we all get to know one another!!)!!  I had gone back and forth with Lauren via email for a few weeks and so when their engagement session rolled around I was soo stinking excited, because I was finally going to meet her and Kevin!!  We had a mild week (like 70’s ALL week) and so when Friday hit and it wasn’t going to get out of the 40’s I knew the session was going to be a cold one!!  I have photographed a wedding & a few sessions at Mountain View Estate, but have never been to the property when all the leaves had fallen.  Because of that, I arrived early so I could scout where I was going to take photos!!  Y’all this sweet venue has so many places to take photos, and I’ve photographed in different spots almost every time I’ve been there… and I love that!! I love that my couples can have their photos taken at the exact same location but they look different!!!  I realized while scouting that I was going to freeze 🙂 thank goodness I had a coat in my car!!!!!  I was scared Lauren & Kevin might get cold, but if they did… well they didn’t even hint that they were.  Meeting these two was like meeting friends you’ve known for years!!  These two are crazy sweet and so easy to talk to and PHOTOGRAPH!!! Y’all, I really think they have done this before 😉 because they made my job a piece of cake!!  They listened to what I asked them to do and then made everything their own and made having their photos taken look so stinking effortless!!!  These two love each other so much & I think it shows in how they are with one another and I am soo excited to share just a few of my favorite images from their session!!  Lauren & Kevin, thank y’all soo much for wanting me to document y’alls story!!  I can’t wait to see y’all again in a handful of months.. but for now here’s a few of y’alls engagement images!!
